I've been coming to this hotel intermittently for years. I can genuinely say that the new owners and management are absolutely the best. They are incredibly responsive whenever you need assistance, and their customer service is unparalleled. Moreover, their rooms are very clean and welcoming. They have renovated the rooms, which has made our experience even better. I would strongly recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for accommodation in Ada, OK.

I never gives reviews. This will be my first. I wish I could give no stars. Let me just give you a list and show you the pictures I took. 1. Black mold in the bathroom. 2. Nasty Bathroom 3. Stained dingy towels and washcloths. 3. BED BUGS!!! When I informed them of these problems, I was dismissed and told, "I only work here." I posted an invoice on the bed by the bugs so you would be able to see the location. I stayed there on April 25, 2025 and checked out on April 26, 2025 Very unhappy to say the least and I will never stay at any hotel owned by this establishment again.

Okay as far as accommodating, I will say the night crew we had last night was very patient to solve our problems but they also should’ve known better. First of all, we booked 2 non-smoking rooms for one night. When we went to check-in, I don’t know if the guy was new or what the deal was but it took 15 minutes just to get checked in and that was with NO line. Whatever. Next, we went to our rooms and one room was okay but the second room was supposed to be a non smoking room, and the second we walked in we were hit in the face with a smell of cigarettes and there was even an ash tray in the room. We went and asked for a new room, like I said very accommodating as they changed it immediately but we walked in the room, and it wreaked of vomit so bad, we both about threw up just from the smell making us gag. NONE OF THIS IS EXAGGERATED. We literally about threw up. Went and asked for another room and they came with us to I guess see if we’re lying. We finally found one that still smelled like cigarettes a little but at least it was decently clean and we were tired of looking. Fast forward to the morning. We went to walk out of the hotel room with all of our luggage, and THE FREAKING DOOR LATCH BROKE leaving us locked in until someone came to help. We called the other person in the other bedroom and they even tried to open it from the outside but we could watch the handle move and the latch didn’t even shake. HUGE FIRE HAZARD! A housekeeper was in the bedroom across from our room and came to “try” to get us out. Tried with his card and didn’t work. The dude went back to work. We eventually got out but I warn, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Stayed here because I needed sleep before my next shift at work. Glad they had a room available . The bed was tiny but Uber comfortable. Room was very small and I'm petite so there's that. No coffee maker in room . 2 pillows which I prefer 4 but whatevs.. place was cleanish.. stains on shower curtain but it wasn't my deal breaker. Didn't bother with breakfast or coffee , grabbed Starbucks on the way to work . Would I stay here again ? Maybe but I prefer a different hotel chain .

The staff was great, no complaints. The room however if you get put on the back side of the hotel by the car wash they don’t turn their lights off so your room is bright the entire night and you can hear the vehicles driving on the road. The breakfast was a no go. All the had was cereal and a pancake maker. Nothing else to eat. I won’t stay again. Maybe make it less than $90 a night.
