Guests often find this WorldMark resort to be a top-tier location in Park City, praising its luxury rooms, spaciousness, and unbeatable proximity to skiing. However, safety concerns regarding reservation changes are sharply contrasting with peaceful stays, and guests occasionally encounter unexpected noise from construction.
Best World Mark location we've been at. Off season, so very quiet. Only one issue, woke up to a saw sounding construction at 830am, but it did not last long. Would have complained if it became an issue but it wasn't
Located in Park City, rooms are luxurious and nicely done. Many gas fireplaces, all amenities you might hope for, but here you get it. Close to skiing tram, less than a block away. Nice place.
Doubling down on the negative review! Our reservation was canceled three days before the trip due to “inventory issues”Have been provided multiple dead end customer service lines! Nothing was done to acknowledge the inconvenience nor not compensate! We spent an additional $4000 getting suitable equal accommodations at the last minute. The service at the front desk is disempowered to make it better even in small ways such as letting us check our luggage the last day so we could ski. Again, access how lucky you feel before reserving through WorldMark
I was impressed. I had been led to believe this was a lower quality location. Not sure what the complaints were about. We were greeted quickly and warmly. I have listened to the front desk provide directions and other helpful information. The room is nice. The view is good. It's clean and comfortable. We are having a great time during our stay. If I was a skier I expect I would be on cloud nine. We watch people outside our window walking to the edge of the property putting on their skies and skiing away. It has been a delightful trip.
Much much nicer than most Worldmark resorts! And the 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was huge. It had 3 full size bathrooms. We stayed in early December when it was cold outside and the heated pool and spa were delightful. The Canyon Village shuttle stop and Frostwood Gondola are just steps away too. We plan to return.
