You cannot find a better view in Park City or Valley! The view from our room, the restaurant, and the pool! Everywhere you look are Mountain View’s. Everyone that works here is so sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Followed GPS going through unassuming roads and turns and got there without any issues. The bell caption and receptionists were friendly and hospitable. It's a bit complicated to navigate to various parts of the resorts and my room but it's not confusing. The pool was very nice overlooking the lush green valley with most buildings incorporated into nature. It feels like a Balinese resort. There is a steam room and sauna in the locker room, men and women are separated. The king room was of decent size with a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and a fridge without freezer. They brought me a 7 lbs bag of ice cubes and the ice slowly melted away in the fridge making a mess. There is a balcony to enjoy the sun. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and all individual bathroom amenities. I ordered a glass of French sparkling wine and a grilled shrimp quesadilla for 70 more dollars including poolside premium, delivery charge, tax, and gratuity. Yummy but pricey. The whole resort was totally under occupied when I was there. Overall, I enjoyed my time staying at the resort.

Impeccable Small Luxury Hotel. Location is unbeatable. The service is Perfect. All of the staff personnel are Extraordinary. The rooms are Cozy yet Elegant. The amenities and facilities are exceptional. Like their namesake - "Norwegian Elegance & Charm"

Absolutely best experience ever. Our stay here was absolutely surreal. Management/ Staff went beyond our expectations. Every single person that works here, truly loves their job and their management. Extremely helpful and very kind. Absolutely everyone we meet during our stay! We had our best getaway here. Food was great, other Stein Eriksen restaurant was amazing. Food, drinks and staff. Very memorable experience, trip, activities, food and so on. After having such amazing time wanted to stay for more days, no wonder our flight got delayed for more than 10hrs. Was not even bothered. Who runs Stein Eriksen deserves a huge applause. Such humble and kind people. Thank you so much once again for taking SUCH good care of us. Highly Highly recommend this place to stay not only during winter season but also summer. Thank you for perfect getaway! We will be back!

I came here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. It is a beautiful location with amazing views and amenities. We loved our room, it was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful from the moment we came to when we left. They dropped us off on main street so we could eat some dinner, and picked us up when we were ready.

Had a great experience for our first stay. Will at the front desk was phenomenal. We received a pleasant surprise upgrade to our room. Later in the evening my wife came down with altitude sickness and the kitchen came through with crackers and 7-up. During my solo visit for dinner, Nash gave me exceptional service and even tweeked my appetizers into a great light meal. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Everything about this place is A+! The rooms, service, food, concierge and atmosphere are all outstanding. We used the shuttle often and all the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful, too. We especially enjoyed our conversations with Evrol who was so cheerful and positive. We had a great experience in every way and highly recommend it.

Service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Nathalie and Joe are excellent in assisting my check in and trip planning. The room is modern and clean. The infinity pool is also excellent. They provide shuttles to park city which is convenient if you don’t drive.

What a wonderful experience we had at the Stein Eriksen Residences! You can’t beat the location if you’re skiing Deer Valley, even when conditions are not the best. The room had enough space for us to spread out and feel comfortable. The pool and spa area are divine and much needed after a day on the slopes. Nathalie and Will in the front made us feel right at home, and Evroi the driver was very skilled and knowledgeable about the area. Little touches all around are what puts SER above the rest!

I am not sure I can express the gratitude I have to Stein Eriksen Residences. I made a mistake in my travel arrangements that I did not realize until I was at their door, and the group there did everything possible to assure that my error did not affect my once a year ski getaway. The rooms and property are flawless and it is a great ski in ski out location. Each SER team member is there to assure that anything you need is tended to. The ski valet team, the restaurant, all of the front desk team members, and a huge thank you to Natalie for assuring that my mistake was just a speed bump on my trip - I will always be thankful for all of her efforts. I have stayed at Stein Eriksen Lodge many times, but this was the first time staying at the Residences. It is impressive that they were able to mirror the hospitality quality of the Stein Eriksen Lodge at the Residences location. I look forward to my next stay and highly recommend this location - it is memorable.
