11 months agoStaff are helpful and accommodating to your needs . The hotel rooms are super clean and spacious. If you have handicap needs they have rooms that work! We love staying in this area while passing through Utah.

12 months ago5 star staff!!!! I have stayed at so many properties all over the place. The staff here rivals a Four Seasons, not kidding. They are fantastic. Didn’t meet one staff member that disappointed, remembering Rebecca and Kyler’s names, there are so many others as well. Thank you, all!!! The property is so well taken care of, the maintenance crew are always busy with upkeep to keep things looking great. The breakfast attendant was wonderful as well, everything was organized and clean. Life has been a whirlwind for us lately and staying here was a breath of fresh air.

about 1 year agoPerfect place to stay one night while we explored Park City and the Olympic Park. The breakfast was excellent with eggs, breakfast potatoes, pancakes and more. The indoor pool area looked nice but we didn’t have the opportunity to check it out. Perfect location, especially close to Olympic Park.

about 1 year agoThis was the 3rd time we stayed here in the last 15 years since they allow dogs. Rooms were nice, as expected. Only issues we had were our room card keys only opened about half of the doors they were supposed to (had to walk back to the front door rather than going through most of the side doors.) And breakfast was terrible. Reminded me a Jimmy Buffett lyric. Side note: The traffic was ridiculous and driving abilities of locals reminded me of driving through San Francisco.

about 1 year agoMy third stay at this location. This hotel Is clean and well maintained. Very close to park city and Canyons ski areas. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is a whole foods market right next door, which makes it convenient to get snacks and prepared foods. It also has a bar that serves draft beer and wine. I would certainly stay at this location again.

over 1 year agoRoom was nice, spacious and big. We got the king suite with hot tub. It definitely wasn’t the cleanest, a spider blew out of the jets in the tub. Not only that but the entire reason we reserved this room was for the hot tub, the cold water knob didn’t work making the water piping hot. The fireplace they advertised also didn’t work. Otherwise location was great. Just wish everything worked the way it was supposed to for the price of the room.

over 1 year agoWe have stayed in Park City several times. This hotel is very nice, quiet, and very clean. We were checked in by Cindy, who was being trained. She was very professional and friendly. Her customer service was exceptional. Nothing was a problem for her. We will be back, hopefully she will be the one greeting us next time! :) Thank you Cindy

over 1 year agoSuper comfy beds, just don't get the room 135.. it's very noisy in the mornings due to the laundry room. Breakfast was okay, but room was good!! Pretty big size, and nice TV to relax. The pool and hot tub were great too!

almost 2 years agoBest Western Plus Landmark Inn, Park City, UT Best room of our entire two week trip. We traveled from CA to WI, staying in BW going east and returning west. THIS hotel is the BEST by far and very reasonable. Checkin was quick and easy (we had a reservation). We had a king room on 3rd floor. As soon as our room door opened, the room smelled fresh and was very, very clean. Amenities in the room included coffee maker, microwave, freezer/refrigerator, and in room safe in the closet. The A/C blows very cold air. The shower is over the tub with a grab bar for easy in/out. There is a dispenser on the shower wall with shampoo/conditioner/soap. Plenty of towels, including black makeup towels. The shower water pressure was really strong and plenty of hot water (best BW shower). The lobby area is very spacious. I noticed there is an indoor pool and hot tub, along with arcade games and a pool table. It is close to I80 but we did not hear any road noise. There is also outlet shopping close by as well as many places to eat. We will definitely stay here again our next trip thru Salt Lake City. I highly recommend this hotel!
