Guests praise the spacious, well-equipped three-bedroom suites and the convenience of having a heated pool and hot tub right on-site. However, a significant number of recent reviews highlight severe parking shortages and outdated, worn-out facilities that detract from the overall value.
Minors club is nice but needs a lot of updates done like new furniture updated TVs and new beds my back and hips hurt after the trip.. the staff very friendly the carpet was stained in a few spots and the kitchen has old pots and pans needs changed as well. Over all nice place but needs an update on all rooms
Weekend getaway with my girls. Such a fun place. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Had lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. Loved the heated pool, game room, and movie in the private theater room. The workout room was super nice. My girls especially loved the jacuzzi tubs in the 2 bathrooms. We will definitely be back
I am fairly shocked that there aren’t more bad reviews. Overall, it is a nice building with nice rooms, but it is run down. Parking is a mess and the facilities are worn down. The water in all three of our bathtubs was literally green and metal flakes were everywhere as well. This was even after I had let the water run for quite some time in all of them. In one, the hot water knob on the bathtub was falling off and had little to no water pressure so the tub took close to an hour to fill up with Luke warm water. They do not provide you with conditioner and so you just have a tiny bottle of shampoo. They also only allow 5 devices on the wifi even tho the room sleeps almost 10 people. The TV’s are also fairly outdated and janky. Not worth the price point and pretty disappointing overall. The staff however seems very nice so that is a plus.
Stayed here in the summer via our timeshare for the first time. It’s not a hotel - there are little services / no restaurants. Pros - Great location (in the Canyons below the village), had a spacious 2 bedroom room with full kitchen stocked with basics, pool & big spa. Each room is allowed 1 underground parking garage space. Outside lots for additional rooms are not close. It’s next to the Wyndham and Waldorf. Canyons village with restaurants are up the hill via a walkable bucket chair lift year round. In the winter, there is a chair lift next to the Wyndham. Some cons enough to deduct 1 star - it’s older, interior lobby and rooms are dated - furniture/carpet, pool is small and was always full of kids jumping/cannon balling, rooms were stuffy - not all windows open - we bought a throw away fan, it’s loud - doors slamming shut at all hours - no quiet hours. It’s like staying in an apartment bldg vs a hotel. However, overall we enjoyed our stay, loved the location, the spacious room and will visit again!
A great location just a few miles outside of downtown Park City. Staff were super helpful and always cheerful. Rooms were quite spacious and very well maintained and cleaned. Plenty of underground parking with wide spaces so you can get in and out of easily. After a long day of hiking or sightseeing, their private theater room (reserve early) is a great way to wind down at the end of the day. We will be back!
The stay was fine but the parking was a absolute nightmare.
The facilities were clean and spacious, the parking situation added a stress that put a damper on it, The space is beautiful. The swimming pool and hot tub exceptional.
Decent place to stay. Staff was very friendly and there were plenty of activities to do to pass the time. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Down side was you could tell this was a room most likely set aside for those not memebers of the vacation club. Chairs had little rips in seating and shower in one bathroom would not work.
We were given a smaller room than what I had reserved. The lack of cleanliness and wear and tear were very noticeable in the room this time. Water was leaking everywhere in the parking garage and it’s really tight parking in there.
Needs new mattress. They are shot.
