11 months agoThe Westgate was excellent! I’ve never been in a hotel that helps so much! The furniture was elegant but not that comfortable. The pool was great and the kids had an excellent time at the arcade. There is plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the amazing views. The location is close enough to amenities that accommodate every need. We were very satisfied and would HIGHLY recommend this resort!

11 months agoGreat experience! It was clean, convenient, and had ample amenities. My only suggestion is to make the second outdoor pool adults only. I know there is an indoor adult only pool but for the summer it would be nice to have an outdoor one without kids and floats.

11 months agoWe always enjoy our stay at the Westgate! The rooms are always clean and there are plenty of family activities that can keep kids busy without leaving the hotel. This last time we had numerous encounters with the staff and they were all extremely friendly, especially Denis and Pancho! Thank you guys for making it a great weekend away!

12 months agoAbsolutely love the Westgate hotel. Easily the best I have ever stayed at. The rooms had everything you need and more, the service is top notch, and the view that you get is stunning. I also love everything in the hotel, there are two pools, which are always clean and stocked with towels, a nice little arcade, and a great shopping center to walk around in, located the hotels backyard, but my favorite are the two restaurants in the hotel. The burger bar has my hands down favorite burger and ice cream. I love this hotel

about 1 year agoStayed at Westgate Resort during the off-season and couldn’t have been more pleased. The valet, concierge, and front desk staff were amazing and friendly but upon arriving to the room we noticed we were ground level and our balcony view was covered with piles and piles of trash bags from yard work outside. I quickly called front desk and she quickly apologized and moved us to a different room and sent a gentleman to move all our stuff to the new room for us. Once we got to the room.. it felt more like a one-bedroom apartment—with a full kitchen, living room, fireplace, balcony, a jetted tub and steam shower. Tons of space to unwind and feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or evening wind-down. If you’re looking for a quiet, spacious stay with all the comforts of home and resort-level amenities, this is it. Would absolutely return!
