This Waldorf Astoria Park City review collection highlights an over-the-top, luxury experience centered on impeccable, hyper-personalized service, perfect for discerning travelers. Guests rave about unique amenities like ski valet, extensive pool service, and thoughtful in-suite conveniences such as washer/dryers and kitchenettes, though the specific value proposition for dining remains subjective.
I wanted to thank the Waldorf Astoria Park City for a wonderful visit. From the check in to the valet to the pool service to housekeeping the property is in a class all its own. In particular, I wanted to thank our front desk contact Sydney Dallin who by far was one of the most professional and phenomenal staff members I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She went far above and beyond any expectations and we wanted to make sure that she was recognized for her excellence. Cheers!!
We just came for a one night staycation. First, I have to mention the amazing pool staff! We have been to so many places and never had pool service like here. They walked around with hydration drinks, aloe/sun block, water refills, etc. It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel overall is very beautiful and it was nice that they have a shuttle service to Main Street.
I absolutely loved staying here! I came here on vacation for a couple of days with my sister, and the service can't be beat! We stayed in one of the king suites with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and an in unit washer and dryer. That washer and dryer were such a big help! The service was absolutely impeccable! We had such an amazing stay, with their lovely pool side service and wonderful spa treatments. I would love to come back and stay again sometime.
Our experiences at the Waldorf Astoria Park City have been nothing short of incredible. We’ve been visiting for the past three years, and every time we arrive, it feels like coming home. The staff here are truly what make this place so special From the moment we pull up, Jeff at valet greets us like old friends. He always takes care of us with such kindness and attention to detail. it’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. A special shoutout to Angela, the event planner, who helped bring our wedding to life. Her professionalism, creativity, and genuine care made our big day absolutely perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. we couldn’t have asked for more. Whether it’s for a weekend getaway or a life changing celebration, the Waldorf Astoria Park City delivers an unforgettable experience. We’re so grateful for the incredible staff who make each stay feel so personal and meaningful. Already counting down the days until we return!
I’ve stayed at many Waldorf properties, but the Waldorf Astoria Park City is hands down my favorite. The one-bedroom suite with a kitchen, dining area, and washer and dryer is beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable—true luxury at every turn. Check in was a breeze with friendly desk staff. The bellman delivered our luggage immediately and delivered our skis to the valet. The amenities here are exceptional. There’s a morning coffee station, afternoon apple cider, and evening hot chocolate with s’mores kits featuring homemade marshmallows—small but thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The onsite dining is fantastic, and the fitness center is well-equipped and spacious. My favorite part, though, is the ski valet. Your skis are waiting for you at the gondola across the street, and when you’re done, they take care of them for you. Not having to carry my skis is a game-changer! Every time I stay here, I tell my husband I expect this level of service everywhere I go skiing. The views are breathtaking, and the two hot tubs (one adults-only) are the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The customer service is truly five-star—impeccable room service, nightly turndown service, soft bathrobes, and staff who remember all the little details. Everything about this hotel is over-the-top luxury. I look forward to my yearly trip and can’t recommend it highly enough!
