We are located on the slopes of Park City Mountain’s base area just a few steps from three chairlifts: First Time, Eagle and Three Kings. These three lifts will connect you to the new Quicksilver gondola joining Park City Mountain and Canyons. We offer a wide variety of various condominium sizes, layouts and styles. Guests consistently praise the exceptional convenience of direct ski access and the helpful, friendly staff. However, the property suffers from significant noise issues due to old construction and poor soundproofing.

over 1 year agoCurrently staying in one of the properties here. Word to the wise — get a room on the top floor or don’t bother. The floors above creak obnoxiously with even the slightest movements from guests above you. This is not a subtle sound that we are griping about - and the people above us are not being obnoxious. Just soft footsteps moving around result in shockingly loud creaking noises that are impossible to ignore. Makes sleep frustratingly difficult. Front desk was all shrugged shoulders and just said the buildings were old and soundproofing wasn’t very good.

over 2 years agoWe stayed at the SnowFlower Building 1 Unit 31. This is a studio condo, the beds were comfortable, they had plenty of pillows and plenty of kitchen supplies. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body soap and even body lotion. They had a good supply of towels and mid week did stop by to provide fresh towels and changed our bedsheets. Once you go to the first floor you do have a ski gear locker and when you exit the lockers you are right there a short walk to from the First Time Lift. This condo is also a short distance to Main Street. Overall our family had a wonderful time here.
