This property offers a convenient location and relatively clean rooms with high praise for specific staff members and valet service, but the negative reviews highlight significant operational failures regarding check-in procedures, broken amenities, and poor guest support systems.
Place was a total ghost town. Checked in late (around 9pm) and they didn’t even staff anyone at the counter so we had to drive to a different hotel to check in. The other hotel didn’t have anyone at the counter either until we called the number and the employee showed up 10 minutes later. Not worth what you pay
Hotel was fine. I am disappointed with customer service. I left a very nice golf shirt hanging on the bathroom door. I call within a few days to notify the front desk to track it down. No other guests in the room but the shirt is nowhere to be found. No human interaction for resolution just an automated email every few days letting me know it has not been found. I hope someone on their staff enjoys my shirt.
This place was a dump - something like what you would expect from a roadside motel on a desolate highway. The fireplace they advertised was broken. The wood blinds could not open. One of the lights flickered and randomly came on/went off. The water pressure for hot water in the shower (something you need during a winter visit!) was very weak. You hear the footsteps of the people in the room above and the elevator motor moving next to the room. The decor looks like it is from 1987. The sauna was broken. The elevator (required for all buildings to get to front desk) was broken. The location is not so great - a 10 minute walk uphill is not ski in/ski out. The people working there are nice enough, but to be charged almost $800/night (as part of a package deal from the Park City Resort) is robbery. If you stay here, do so at your own risk and for the love of god, there has to be some substantially better options for the price they charge. This resort and this hotel should be ashamed for charging what they do for this type of accommodation.
Had a awesome experience here stay was good service was pretty good as well. This is a high review bec of a worker named Darren wright. Always helped us with anything we needed and is a very kind and amazing person. If you stay here make sure to say hi to him, he is the best worker you will ever find in a hotel. Show some love to him
Great location with an easy shuttle to and from Canyons. Staff at Silverado were super personable and quick to attend to anything we needed. The updates/facelift are nice, everything was super clean and construction (if there was still any) was well concealed. The ski gear valet was easily accessible. Rooms seem to have been recently updated. Kitchens are minimally stocked…wish they had more utensils and pots/pans. The pull out couch is actually quite nice for a pull out couch which was an added benefit. Washer/dryer in unit was a pleasant surprise too. We would definitely stay here again.
