12 months agoGreat hotel but can’t give it a 5 star. Toilet paper is 1 ply, some paint was peeling on bathroom ceiling. The blackout shade chain was dangling from the anchor. We found a hair in one of our towels and on the shower wall. We understand things can happen and these things wouldn’t prevent us from coming again. We liked the view and the spa right on our deck. The $5 dollar per hour bike rentals also came in handy. Free parking was a great perk as well.

12 months agoGreat hotel with choice of nice rooms and townhomes. My unit had hot tub on balcony, very nice. Front desk and housekeeping very efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Friends I was traveling with had some difficulty finding their townhouse, numbering system is unusual but they offer to take you there by golf cart (during the day). The bathroom had heated tiles on the floor, no cold feet! I've been waiting for this all my life, way to go!

about 1 year agoPark City's Hidden Gem Hotel! We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom townhouse at Newpark Resort and loved every minute. It had a full kitchen, a private balcony, and our favorite part—a hot tub overlooking the Swaner Preserve. Waking up to the view and birdsong was amazing! Newpark was the perfect home base for our Park City trip. Some of us went skiing while others enjoyed the heated pool and local restaurants. Everything we needed was nearby, and Main Street was just a quick drive away. We even spotted an original Banksy while exploring! Highly recommend for a relaxing, scenic stay with easy access to adventure. UPDATE: Stayed again. Got a Deluxe Suite. It was awesome. So comfortable!

about 1 year agoThe hotel staff is wonderful, always helpful. I had a long term stay and they made it a welcome home. I stayed in both a regular room and a 1br suite. The single room is good for a couple or a small family for a day or so. The suites are very comfortable and the in unit washer and hot tub on the balcony are both luxury. There are more than enough food options and grocery stores to make your any stay easy. The free bus picks up right out front to take you to the bus depot to every ski resort or even into Park City proper.

about 1 year agoNice big room with plenty of space. The room was very clean and had everything we neededand. Our favorite thing about the room was the private hot tub! It was clean, easy to access, and private. We will definitely be back!
