Tucked in a prime mountain village, this property offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access and recently renovated interiors. However, guests report significant operational issues, specifically non-functional elevators, uneven A/C distribution, and strict check-out policies that leave travelers with limited resort access.

Great location. interior things (furniture, kitchen items, etc.) were all basically brand new. that was wonderful. the reason I almost gave this place 2 stars...no A/C up stairs. not at all . we were getting 'warm'...and I'm hunting to make sure vents were. not covered...but then found the closet full of fans....that helped a bit...thankfully not a super-hot day---but still in the 80s. when I read 'Air conditioning' as an 'amenity'...I expect A/C throughout the house...not just downstairs. so that was a bummer. if it had been really hot--that would have unbearable. also be aware that each unit only get 1 parking spot on site. thankfully Vicki (at the Silver place Nextdoor) got us a pass to park our extra car in a safe place w/in walking distance for overnight or else we were directed originally to a place that was a 10-minute drive away..plus to pay to park and Uber. back. we are 'locals' that were just getting away w/ the grandkids for a fun day away/pool, etc. might not have stayed if we had to pay to park. (and there were only a few other guests at the Lodge)....so just read every note on the listing. Other than the parking (which worked out) and the A/C--it was a great stay---but that A/C thing was not cool. (all puns intended!). ;-)

Location is perfect! Quick access to lifts and is ski in/out with a quick walk to several restaurants located in plaza. Room was ok as it was able to accommodate the four of us; however, floors were stained and dirty in corners and around/under furniture. We were short blankets and towels but when requested, they were sent within 24 hours. Mornings were loud due to garbage truck pick up outside our window and snow plows in parking lot but I guess that is expected with the snow we received while during our stay.

Great location. If you want a place to stay and ski in/out, this is it. However, elevators don’t work, one of the hot tubs is closed, the access codes that you have to memorize are very long, our room claimed to sleep 8, but had only five dinner plates, the frying pan was falling in half and we were conveniently given 7 shot glasses. We must have gotten the party room. The room was not available at the promised time, and when you check out you’ll get an email saying late checkout costs you half days rate. Great location, but not a turnkey family rental.

The room location was perfect. The parking was convenient. The room was very nice. I would give 5 stars except my wife and I both stubbed our toes on the fold down bed that has a base that extends well beyond the base of the mattress. The door code to get into the hallway was too long. I feel like it could be less than 10 digits and still provide a secure setting.

We’ve stayed at this property, in various sized rooms, six separate times. This year we were in a one bedroom with loft condo, which can sleep up to 6, that has 3 bathrooms. It was great. There were 4 of us so we all had separate spaces, with the convenience of a full kitchen. Our unit had lovely granite counter tops in the kitchen & baths, so it looked very nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Turning on the overhead fans were tricky but we eventually figured it out. The radiator type heating did a great job and the electric fireplace added ambiance in the living room. One thing we’d like to have had is access to the hot tub/workout & locker rooms on the day of check out. We skied all day but had a few hours before our flight home, so having access to the locker rooms would’ve made our final hours better. I called but was told this wasn’t allowed due to hoa rules. Also luggage storage was difficult to figure out since there’s no longer a front desk at the resort. We were able to get a locked cage for a fee where our stuff could be stored for the day after many calls. Overall it was another wonderful vacation to Park City & much of it had to do with the ski in / ski out lodging. Thank you!
