What do you need to know
- COVID-19 safety protocols are in place to meet and/or exceed county guidelines, & increased cancellation flexibility may be available
- Ski-in/ski-out via Sunrise lift, which is strictly an access lift to the Village Base
- A car is not necessary but can be convenient
- As an alternate to the access lift, walk 100 yards to the Village Base for more lift options and amazing dining, shopping, rentals, and aprés ski
- Plenty of grab-and-go options on-site, like Urban Market's hearth-fired pizza
- Fabulous aprés ski at the Umbrella Bar, located at the Village Base
- Roast marshmallows and share stories at the outdoor fire pit, a family favorite
- For superb on-mountain dining try the Cloud Dine restaurant. Lunchtime is extremely busy, so try to avoid the noon hour
- Underground parking saves a lot of hassle, no scraping ice and snow
- Suite units include washers and dryers
- Pet-friendly ($150 cleaning fee applies)

Guests frequently praise this location for being excellent for ski vacations, with beautiful, spacious rooms and a nice pool area. Stays are often highlighted by outstanding service from staff, though recent issues with fluctuating shower temperatures and unexpected post-stay cancellation fees have caused some frustration.

about 1 year agoUnfortunately our shower temperature fluctuates drastically giving us warm water and then scalding hot water. I would be concerned if a child used the shower. I have asked for help at the front desk as well as reaching out by email to managers but have had no luck. Staff tries hard, it had been frustrating asking for replacements in the room daily, such as soaps, coffee pods, blankets (no blankets on beds?) Otherwise we are happy with our stay. Great location. UPDATE to this review. Maintenance worked tirelessly to fix plumbing with success. Management needs to figure out better communication with guests. English language is a barrier for most of the staff.

over 1 year agoFive star experience! I'd say the best part was the rooms - they were beautiful, spacious, and well appointed which managed to exceed my expectations even for a property like this. But the service, location, and amenities definitely don't disappoint either. Highly recommend this hotel for a ski vacation in Park City.

over 1 year agoWe just stayed here. Last year we stayed at the Pendry across the street (which is more expensive) and the Hyatt was so much better. More convenient ski in and out, the pool/hot tub area was nicer, and our room was so much larger. 10/10 recommend staying here during ski season!

over 1 year agoI have been a loyal Globalist member, staying at this property multiple times a year for several years. Recently, I was shocked to see a $340 cancellation charge applied to my Hyatt credit card this past week—four months after a cancellation. Two days prior to our arrival for that reservation, I had called the property to discuss our unexpected medical care situation and was assured no cancellation fee would be charged. When I contacted the hotel today about the unexpected charge, the property manager claimed they couldn’t recall the conversation. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially given my history and loyalty with Hyatt properties. I will reconsider staying at or recommending this location in the future.

over 1 year agoKadeem and Stephen the Rooms manager went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Thank you! The ski shop guys were super nice. Restaurant and van drivers were all extremely kind and helpful. Beautiful property but the awesome team made it a special trip for us.
