So much wrong with this place; MOST IMPORTANT, IF YOU BOOK A ROOM DON'T STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR. NO SOUND PROOFING BETWEEN FLOORS AND YOU HEAR EVERYTHING. FOR $375.00 PER NIGHT YOU DON'T GET ANY SLEEP. They cheaped out by not applying a sound barrier. You hear everything that is happening on the upper floor and management doesn't care, they have your money. They only clean, make the beds and supply new towels if you ask 24 or 48 hours ahead. Otherwise, no in room service. Now, for us we ask for those services and had the door to our room left wide open after the service, anyone could have entered our room at any time and taken our personal possession; now get ready, this part is pure evil: they made our beds upside down with the pillows at the top and the opening of the bed at the bottom. We have photos and a video recording of the noise from upstairs and the beds being made upside down. There were black and red ants in the bathroom. And they start construction at 7:00 am, lots of noise and dirt. The carpet between our beds was really dirty and the woman who came and remade the beds, replaced the dirty rug with another dirty rug. What are they missing. The place on first arrival looks impressive, but then you start to see the cheapness of it all. I do need at state that people who worked there, except for the front desk personnel, were really nice. No phone in the rooms, tells me they don't want to hear customers concerns or complaints so there is no access from the rooms to the main desk. They state everything needs to be done via text. Good luck with that if there is an emergency. Unreal! It is sad when a place has such potential, but owners and management are truly void of what customer service is. After my daughter tried to get these issues resolved, they offered her a free ice cream. Read their ice cream reviews, I am still laughing at that one. NEVER AGAIN, we work hard for our money and will spend it where customer service is practiced and understood. We found just that place a few miles down the road....

Absolutely Perfect Wedding Dinner Experience! We recently hosted our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding dinner at The Homestead following their ceremony in Strawberry, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better day. Jamie and Lexie went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—they made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so special throughout the entire event. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. The rooms were fantastic—super clean and cozy, with incredibly comfortable beds! We moved away from Utah and hadn’t been back in about 7 years, so it was our first time seeing the recent renovations. I have to say, I love everything about the updates. The pool area, in particular, is SPECTACULAR! Our entire wedding party had a blast, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you once again for helping make such a special day even more memorable!

We had a fantastic time staying here with a large group of over 15 people. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I’ll be craving their apple celery slaw forever! The wood-fired pizzas were a hit, especially the smoked chicken bacon ranch. Our room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and we had a great time relaxing with a movie after spending hours enjoying the pools and hot tubs. The resort has multiple luxury pools, including a “cold plunge” (though it felt more like a refreshingly cool pool thanks to the warm weather). The hot tubs vary in temperature, which was perfect for everyone’s comfort. We were sad to only stay one day and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with great food, comfort, and fun!

Stayed here for 4 nights for a family reunion/wedding after-party. Absolutely loved it!! They have a wide variety of rooms that worked perfect for our large group and different size families. The pool and grill was our favorite place to hang out. Plenty of delicious food options! Some of the group golfed and had a great time. The service was exceptional. Could not have been better. Planning to make it a yearly trip, we loved it so much!

The views here are amazing! Our luxury king room and balcony was incredible. I cannot stress enough that the steamer in the shower is life changing. Best showers of my life. Very romantic ;) and it helped combat the dry air for us east coasters. The crater is so fun. We swam and then hit the hot tubs, which also have poolside service. The grounds for the pools are exceptional. There are four hot tubs, and they're all beautiful. There's no shortage of cute ways to spend your time here. Coffee from the Milk House, mornings on the balcony, craters and pools, biking or snowmobiling from Adventourage, a beautiful town nearby, and great food on premise (1186 Grill and Simon's Restaurant). It's lovely. One note is that they are doing construction around the premise, which didn't last late or bother us at all. The views aren't impacted, but just an FYI.
